I don't know what is going on. On their youtube page they have a top 12 category, but in their rules they never mention anything about that. Also, all of the entries are very good quality. One I noticed is like a year or two old that a student from Vancouver Film School made, obviously not for this contest. If I figure out what is going on, I'll repost about it. But right now it looks like they gave my film the shaft.
